COLPHENE® FLAM 180 SKU: 01209
COLPHENE® Flam 180 is an SBS-modified bitumen cap ply for use in approved multi-ply waterproofing assemblies. COLPHENE Flam 180 is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen and is reinforced with a tough, dimensionally stable non-woven polyester mat. The topside and underside are surfaced with polyolefin burn-off film to optimize heat welding.

Installation
Prior to installation, unroll COLPHENE Flam 180 onto the surface and allow to relax. Position COLPHENE Flam 180 in desired position and back roll the product. COLPHENE Flam 180 is then heat welded to approved substrates. Refer to

Lancaster Material Distribution Center – Lancaster, Texas
In May 2017, the Lancaster Material Distribution Center needed a new roof. While the original SOPREMA asphalt system was in decent shape, it was nearly 25 years old and at the end of its life. Through value engineering, it was decided that the existing system would be left in place to save cost. SOPREMA products were selected to re-roof this project due to the proven durability of the existing roof. The system that was installed included ELASTOCOL® 500, COLVENT® Flam, ELASTOPHENE® Flam LS FR GR, SOPRALENE® Flam 180 and SOPRALENE Flam 180 FR GR.
