Personal Background

I was born and raised into construction. My father owns a small contracting company that I worked at until I went into the professional world. From there I joined SOPREMA and met my wife Jennifer who actually has more building materials experience than I do. Together we have two children, Max and Drew, that keep us very busy and bring more joy (and some frustration) than we could have ever imagined. Our community involvement revolves around our boys and their sports and activities. Both Jennifer and I are quick to support our children, and anyone in need, with our time and resources that can assist them down their life path.

Career Background

I started at SOPREMA over 22 years ago. My primary focus was IT Support and Network Administration. From there I worked on different business systems like ERP, CRM, warranty/site visit management and inventory management tools.

I worked as a Business Analyst for SOPREMA North America for a few years prior to building the “Supply Chain” department here in the U.S. From there, I have steadily worked my way up and across the organization providing value for the organization and achieving personal growth along the way.

To be concise, I am a problem solver and look forward to the challenges brought to me every day.

Current Job Responsibilities

I work to make SOPREMA a better organization both for today and well into the future through organizational change, program/process improvements, cost saving measures and so much more. I am responsible for aligning my core teams in supply chain with other departments including, but not limited to, sales, manufacturing, R&D and finance.

My core responsibilities are focused in logistics, customer service, procurement, inventory, warehousing and point of sale (POS) service management. I also manage information technology needs for the U.S. group in collaboration with the Global IT Team.
