Jessica Little
R&D Project Engineer
Wadsworth, OH
Personal Background
I have a wonderful husband and two kiddos, Levi (age 5) and Leah (age 1). We live in Wadsworth on a nice, little country plot that we bought in July of 2022. We are planning to have chickens, a large garden including sweet corn and watermelon, and also 1.5 acres of woods for our four-wheelers! We love being outside and are fortunate to have such a wonderful property. We are a part of a wonderful church family at East Market Church.
I received my bachelor’s degree at University of Findlay, majoring in Forensic Science and Chemistry, and then got my master’s degree in Polymer Engineering at Lehigh Univeristy.
Career Background
I started at SOPREMA in 2015 as an R&D Technician. Now, I am a R&D Project Engineer. I have also assisted Performance Roof Systems in their R&D for their rolled good production line and “Black Line.”
Current Job Responsibilities
I’m responsible for R&D functions relating to our modified bitumen, spray foam, PVC and adhesives/cements product lines while assisting in engineering functions, as it relates to M1 in our Wadsworth facility. I also conduct and aid our technical and product management team in sales requests, field requests, new product launches, and assisting in the creation of the supporting documentation.
