Personal Background
I was born and raised in Ohio, and started working for my dads business when I was in high school. My dad owns a lead generation and consulting business that he started in 2001. My wife Katrina and I have three kids, Emma, Austin, and Jacob. We spend most of our time at activities for the kids. When we are not there we enjoy playing at the parks or going to new places. My wife and I enjoy spending time either doing something competitive or enjoying a new movie at the theaters. We also like to stay involved with our church, helping and volunteering where we can.

Career Background
During my tenure at SOPREMA, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to various facets of the business, serving as both a Project Manager/Business Analyst and Sales Process & Platform Manager. Prior to joining SOPREMA, my professional journey encompassed roles such as Controller, IT Manager, Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Developer, and Customer Service.
These diverse roles have provided me with invaluable exposure to different industries, including manufacturing, professional services, and consulting. This broad perspective has deepened my understanding of how businesses operate and how they navigate various scenarios. Furthermore, it has allowed me to gain insights into effectively collaborating with a wide array of personalities.
Regarding skills, my skill set includes business acumen, leadership and management, project management, technical expertise, communication, and customer service orientation. Additionally, a crucial skill I’ve developed is the ability to discern an individual’s personality and adapt my communication style accordingly. Effectively identifying and communicating with different personalities is essential for fostering productive interactions.
Current Job Responsibilities
In my role as Sales Process & Platform Manager, I oversee the Sales Development Team. This includes New Business Development, Sales Support, and Business Platform Development.
New Business Development focuses on acquiring revenue and non-revenue business by identifying new construction project opportunities, AECs (Architect/Engineers/Consultants), and Approved Applicators for the sales team to work.
Sales Support enhances daily sales team efficiency by addressing workflow needs and trends.
Business Platform Development centers on managing and enhancing Salesforce to expedite data-driven decision-making.
