Personal Background

Other than college, I have lived in greater Cleveland my entire life. I graduated from the University of Dayton with a BS degree in civil engineering. I live in North Royalton and have been married for 19 years, with two teenage boys.

Career Background

I’ve worked in the construction industry for the 20 years, the last 15 for manufacturers. My responsibilities have included sales, product management, business development, technical, and construction services.

My various roles at SOPREMA have included Business Development Manager – Civil Engineering Waterproofing, Business Manager – Building Envelope Waterproofing, and Director of Business Development & Technical Services.

Current Job Responsibilities

I’ve managed product managers, business development managers, and technical services for the last two years. Currently, I’m transitioning into new role that involves working on strategic company projects which focus on long-term growth. Some of those projects include building new manufacturing plants – including preparing business cases on which plants to build, where to build, how to staff them, and how to make them successful.
