ALSAN® COATING SINGLE PLY PRIMER SKU: L-ACSPPE

ALSAN® Coating Single Ply Primer is a water-based acrylic primer that is VOC compliant, single component, plasticizer-free and used to enhance adhesion of ALSAN Coatings on aged PVC, TPO and CSPE (Hypalon) the single-ply roof membranes. This primer can be used with ALSAN Coating AC 401 or ALSAN Coating SIL 402.

Installation

ALSAN Coating Single Ply Primer can be applied using single component airless spray equipment, roller or brush. Prior to starting application, perform an adhesion test on each surface type to ensure adequate bond can be achieved or if another primer or other specific surface preparation is required. Do not apply over wet substrates or with risk of precipitation. Protect from freezing during transit, handling, storage, and installation. Surface should be cleaned to remove any dust, dirt or debris before application.

NOTE: This product cures by water evaporation only, and must cure for at least 24 hours. Low temperatures and high humidity will slow the curing process. Product should not be applied when ambient temperature is below 50°F (10°C), could fall below 32°F (0°C) within 24 hours of application, or if rain or dew is likely to occur before product dries and/or within 6 hours of
application.

Potomac Transportation Center – Dumfries, Virginia
