ALSAN® RS Cleaner
ALSAN RS CLEANER is a solvent-based solution specially formulated to clean and reactivate fully cured, in-place ALSAN RS membranes. ALSAN RS CLEANER is also ideal for cleaning tools and for preparing metal and plastic substrates for application of ALSAN RS resin or ALSAN TRAFIK RS components.
Installation
Apply ALSAN RS CLEANER using a lint free cloth. Thoroughly wipe down the surface membrane and allow the area to dry for approximately 20 minutes. Once clean, follow up with application of RS component within 60 minutes.

Lancaster Material Distribution Center – Lancaster, Texas
In May 2017, the Lancaster Material Distribution Center needed a new roof. While the original SOPREMA asphalt system was in decent shape, it was nearly 25 years old and at the end of its life. Through value engineering, it was decided that the existing system would be left in place to save cost. SOPREMA products were selected to re-roof this project due to the proven durability of the existing roof. The system that was installed included ELASTOCOL® 500, COLVENT® Flam, ELASTOPHENE® Flam LS FR GR, SOPRALENE® Flam 180 and SOPRALENE Flam 180 FR GR.
