COLPHENE® SP 3.0 SKU: 01228
COLPHENE® SP 3.0 (sanded, polyolefin) is a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer-modified bitumen, reinforced with a high-quality random glass fiber mat. This SBS-modified bitumen base ply is used in approved multi-ply roof waterproofing assemblies. COLPHENE SP 3.0 has a topside surfaced with fine mineral aggregate and an underside surfaced with polyolefin burn-off film to optimize heat welding.

Installation
Prior to installation, unroll COLPHENE SP 3.0 onto the surface and allow to relax. Position COLPHENE SP 3.0 in desired position and back roll the product. COLPHENE SP 3.0 is then heat welded to approved substrates. Subsequent approved inter-ply or cap ply membranes are applied to COLPHENE SP 3.0 via cold adhesive.
