ALSAN COATING AC 401 FLASHING is a high quality, fiber-fortified, water-based, acrylic elastomeric roof mastic. Upon cure, ALSAN COATING AC 401 FLASHING forms a durable weatherproof seal, prepping the surface for application of ALSAN COATING AC 401.

Installation
All surfaces must be dry and free of dirt, debris, algae, mildew, oil, talc, loose granules or any other foreign matter that may prohibit adhesion. ALSAN COATING AC 401 FLASHING may be applied in combination with POLYFLEECE reinforcement by trowel, brush or putty knife for most flashing applications.
