APP POLY GR is a 4.0 mm (157 mil) APP (atactic polypropylene) modified bitumen roofing membrane. SOPREMA’s exclusive APP polymer and asphalt formulation yields excellent weathering characteristics and long-term durability. It is reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat, that provides added strength and puncture resistance to the membrane. APP POLY GR is available in standard black or white mineral surfacing.

Installation
The substrate should be clean, stable, dry, free of any loose materials, grease, and other contaminants, which may compromise the product’s performance. Install the membrane using cold-applied adhesive or heat welded. When installed with an adhesive, all side and end laps need to be fully heat welded. Side laps must be a minimum of 3 inches
(76 mm) and end laps a minimum of 6 inches (152 mm).
