ALSAN Trafik PU 421 is a two-component, low odor, aliphatic polyurethane elastomeric topcoat. This topcoat provides excellent adhesion to SOPREMA polyurethane system base coats for application of SOPREMA polyurethane coating system. ALSAN Trafik PU 421 is recommended for light and heavy-duty pedestrian and vehicular applications.

Installation

ALSAN Trafik PU 421 is applied via notched squeegee, roller or notched trowel. Prior to application, refer to published specifications and approved details for complete application instructions. ALSAN Trafik PU 421 should be thoroughly mixed prior to application to ensure a consistent homogenous material from top to bottom. ALSAN Trafik PU 421 should be mixed using a jiffy blade mixer at slow speed for 2-3 minutes. Mix ALSAN Trafik PU 421 at a volume ratio of 4.4 gallons of Part A to ½ pint of Part B.

Parkland Hospital – Dallas, Texas

The new hospital featured flat rooftops at multiple levels that all needed to be made watertight for decades to come. The roofing system needed to be designed in a way that accounted for a helipad, consistent rooftop traffic, extensive rooftop equipment, lightwells and various utility platforms. Beijing Zoo Road Bridge – Beijing, China
