Project Summary: Mizner Grand Condos, located within the prestigious Mizner Village in Boca Raton, Florida, is an ultra-luxury residential development within the Boca Raton Resort and Club. Completed in 1999, this twin twelve-story complex features 138 units with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Boca Raton. The project involved upgrading the building’s roofing system to enhance its durability and performance.

- SOPRALENE Flam 180 FR GR (fire retardant, granulated) is an SBS-modified bitumen cap ply for use in approved multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies. SOPRALENE Flam 180 FR GR is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen and is reinforced with a tough, dimensionally stable non-woven polyester mat. The topside is surfaced with ceramic coated granules and underside is surfaced with polyolefin burn-off film to optimize heat welding.
- SOPRABOARD 1/8″ :
- SOPRABOARD asphaltic cover board is a semi-rigid roofing substrate board for use in multi-ply modified bitumen membrane and flashing assemblies and also serves as a protection board for waterproofing applications. SOPRABOARD is composed of a mineral fortified asphaltic core formed between two fiberglass reinforcing plies and is available in variety of lengths and thicknesses.
