ELASTOPHENE® HS FR GR SKU: 01005
ELASTOPHENE HS FR GR (high strength, fire retardant, granulated) is an SBS-modified bitumen cap ply for use in approved multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies. ELASTOPHENE HS FR GR is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen and is reinforced with a tough, dimensionally stable composite polyester/glass fiber reinforcement. The topside is surfaced with ceramic coated granules and the underside is surfaced with fine mineral aggregate to facilitate cold adhesive application.

Installation
Prior to installation, unroll ELASTOPHENE HS FR GR onto the roof surface and allow to relax. Place ELASTOPHENE HS FR GR in desired position and back roll the product. Apply approved cold adhesive following manufacturer specifications. ELASTOPHENE HS FR GR is then rolled into the cold adhesive subsequently rolled with a weighted roller. Potomac Transportation Center – Dumfries, Virginia
To stay proactive, The Potomac Transportation Center, part of the Prince William County Public Schools, decided to apply a protective coating to their rooftop. Although there were no immediate problems with the current roof, it was determined that a preventative coating was needed on the aging roof before future complications arose. PGA of America Headquarters – Frisco, Texas
The PGA of America’s new facility is far more than just a headquarters building – PGA members, associates and staff refer to it as “home.” There’s plenty of substance behind that choice of labeling too. After all, what golfer wouldn’t feel at home in a facility that boasts an education center with advanced coaching facilities, an indoor short game practice area, 11 standard and four simulated hitting bays, and a practice green wired with motion-capture sensors? The creatively-designed space is illuminated largely by sunlight, and even includes a large video screen near the main entrance that uses RFID technology to welcome members by name.
