The First Market Tower is the third largest building in San Francisco, with over 1.1 million gross square feet. In the heart of the Financial District, it boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular skyline and bay views of the city. Built in 1973, the building was due for lobby and plaza renovations in 2016. These renovations included adding a new modern flare to the building and an intimate garden setting on the plaza.
Multiple SOPREMA systems were installed on this 23,500 square foot project. From the COLPHENE H hot applied, rubberized asphalt system to the use of ALSAN RS for the complex details, there was a solution for every aspect of this project.
