SENTINEL products are designed to offer a high-performance roofing options, with proven fire and chemical resistance, that enhance sustainability through their durability and energy demand mitigation. The SENTINEL product line consists of two basic formula options:
Along with membranes, SENTINEL offers a robust range of accessories to help finish corners, flashings and other seams, along with specialized adhesives to help ensure decades of service.
SENTINEL membranes help roofs reflect sunlight while also cooling themselves by efficiently emitting any heat absorbed. The roofs literally stay cooler and reduce the amount of heat conducted into the building below. If a building does not have air conditioning, this keeps the building cooler and a more constant temperature. If a building has air conditioning, the equipment does not have to work as hard.
To help you make an informed decision regarding your roofing system, and thus find the best option for your needs, please read the material that our experts have written specifically for the SENTINEL line.
Our brochures offer an overview of the entire SENTINEL line, helping to place everything in context, while also showing case studies and why SENTINEL outperforms similar membranes.

The Semi-Intensive Roof System is designed to increase stormwater management capabilities, and projects are typically 6”1-2” of media depth. This system allows for additional plant diversity including small herbs, grasses and some flowers. It also requires more maintenance and regular irrigation.
The Intensive Roof System is designed for full roof landscape projects and is typically 12” or greater in media depth. This system requires frequent maintenance and an irrigation system. It adds usable amenity space to the building and is able to retain the most stormwater.
