Open Door Policy

SOPREMA has initiated an Open Door Policy that offers numerous benefits to positively impact productivity and collaboration within the company. By replacing traditional cubicles with shorter partitions and no doors, these spaces encourage interaction and teamwork among collaborators, fostering a culture of teamwork and creativity. In addition to the adapted cubicle spaces, SOPREMA encourages all office holders to leave their doors open, unless they are participating in private meetings.
