JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist field technical representatives, sales representatives and customers on the material composition and installation of building envelope waterproofing & deck coating products and systems; review and develop product submittals with proper architectural details, application instructions, guide specifications and technical data sheets; compose and disseminate technical bulletins; provide technical advice and CAD details; manage contractor and sales training program; review final inspection reports to award warranty; investigate claims; manage code approvals; and more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical advice; perform technical demonstrations on all SOPREMA group products but primarily focusing on building envelope waterproofing and deck coatings products; provide technical product training; investigate claims; performing claim repairs when feasible; conduct job start-ups, interim and completion warranty evaluations; provide day to day support to sales representatives to help them achieve customers’ satisfaction; and more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze sales results of the RESISTO product portfolio; perform market research and partner with sales staff to understand market trends and provide recommendations to the Director of Strategic Development; communicate market research results to the various departments involved in product development and to the management; lead the development of the short, mid and long term strategy of the RESISTO product portfolio in the United States to meet customers’ needs and market trends; and more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, coordinate and organize SOPREMA Group industry trade shows; maintain attendee lists for lead generation and ROI efforts; manage all trade show displays and booths; Assist with events at SOPREMA Group locations; Execute on SOPREMA Group road shows; Manage the SOPREMA elite contractor program and rewards trip; Schedule and host SOPREMA Group plant tours; and more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the implementation and optimization of new production equipment; provide technical support to U.S. factories for the SOPREMA Group; direct engineering process; facilitate physical execution of projects; present capital planning and project status updates; oversee project budget; supervise Liquids Project Engineer; ensure contractors and stakeholders are on schedule and following plans; participate in start-up, training and support of new equipment; and more.
