Project Summary: Three Tequesta Point s a 46-story waterfront condominium located at the northeastern tip of Miami’s exclusive Brickell Key Island. Designed by J. Scott Architecture and developed by Swire Properties, the building was completed in 2001 and offers 236 luxury residences with stunning views of the city and Biscayne Bay. The spacious units, ranging from one to three bedrooms plus penthouses, feature upscale finishes such as granite counter tops, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies.

- SOPRALENE Flam 180 FR GR (fire retardant, granulated) is an SBS-modified bitumen cap ply for use in approved multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies. SOPRALENE Flam 180 FR GR is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen and is reinforced with a tough, dimensionally stable non-woven polyester mat. The topside is surfaced with ceramic coated granules and underside is surfaced with polyolefin burn-off film to optimize heat welding.
- SOPRALENE 180 SP 3.0 :
- SOPRABOARD asphaltic cover board is a semi-rigid roofing substrate board for use in multi-ply modified bitumen membrane and flashing assemblies and also serves as a protection board for waterproofing applications. SOPRABOARD is composed of a mineral fortified asphaltic core formed between two fiberglass reinforcing plies and is available in variety of lengths and thicknesses.
- SOPRALENE FLAM 180:
- SOPRALENE® Flam 180 is an SBS-modified bitumen base ply for use in approved multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies. - SOPRA-ISO Tapered is a rigid polyisocyanurate thermal insulation panel for use in approved multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies. SOPRA-ISO Tapered is composed of closed cell polyisocyanurate foam bonded to fiber reinforcrced glass/organic mat facers on the top and underside and is tapered to provide slope.
