ALSAN® TRAFIK RS 733 SELF-LEVELING MORTAR SKU: 00513770, 00513771, 00513772
ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Self-Leveling Mortar is created by combining ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Part A and ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Part B. ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Self-Leveling Mortar is a trowel-applied, rapid setting, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin-mortar used as a thick concrete patch prior to application of the ALSAN RS roofing systems or the ALSAN TRAFIK RS systems. ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Self-Leveling Mortar is also used as a traffic wear surfacing applied over ALSAN TRAFIK RS reinforced and unreinforced waterproofing systems.

Installation
Thoroughly mix the entire pail of ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Part A (resin) for 2-3 minutes. Remove the ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Part B from the 7-gallon plastic pail, then pour ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Part A into the 7-gallon plastic pail. Using a slow-speed (200-400 rpm) mechanical mixer with a spiral agitator, slowly add the entire bag of ALSAN TRAFIK RS 733 Part B. Continue mixing for 2-5 minutes or until a smooth lump-free mortar is achieved. The mix ratio is 1 Part A (10 kg) to 2.3 Part B (23 kg).
Pour off and catalyze only the amount of material that can be applied within 10-15 minutes. Add ALSAN RS Catalyst based on published catalyst mixing rates. Once the catalyst is added to the mortar, mix for 2-3 minutes.
Apply the mortar to clean, prepared and primed substrate at the required coverage rate using a pin roller, stub roller, steel v-notch trowel or steel rake. Mortar should be uniformly spread across the substrate and rolled with a pin roller to knock down any high spots.
For complete application instructions refer to the ALSAN TRAFIK RS Trafficable Waterproofing Technical Manual

Because of the uneven surface of the remaining embedded aggregate, SOPRAROCK® was chosen knowing that this board would conform to the uneven surface much better than a rigid coverboard could. This idea spawned another....”why not use SOPRASMART® XP”; and allow one application step instead of two. The project was capped off with SOPRALENE® 180 FR GR, in COLPLY® Adhesive.
Potomac Transportation Center – Dumfries, Virginia
To stay proactive, The Potomac Transportation Center, part of the Prince William County Public Schools, decided to apply a protective coating to their rooftop. Although there were no immediate problems with the current roof, it was determined that a preventative coating was needed on the aging roof before future complications arose. When it came time to select products for this job, the ALSAN® Coating line was selected due to SOPREMA’s relationship with Northeast Contracting Corporation, a 2018 Mammouth Club Member, and the expert local field technical services team.
