ALSAN® COATING AC 401 SKU: L-AACW5
ALSAN COATING AC 401 is a high quality, single component, water-based, acrylic elastomeric roof coating and protective barrier for various low-slope roof surfaces and substrates. Upon cure, ALSAN COATING AC 401 forms a durable, weatherproof coating that is highly resistant to degradation from UV and natural weathering.

Installation
Thoroughly mix the coating before application. All surfaces must be dry and free of dirt, debris, algae, mildew, oil, talc, loose granules or any other foreign matter that may prohibit adhesion. ALSAN COATING AC 401 can be applied using a brush, roller or airless spray equipment. Apply at a minimum rate of 1.0 gallons per 100 square feet for a minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of 9 mils.

Lancaster Material Distribution Center – Lancaster, Texas
In May 2017, the Lancaster Material Distribution Center needed a new roof. While the original SOPREMA asphalt system was in decent shape, it was nearly 25 years old and at the end of its life. Through value engineering, it was decided that the existing system would be left in place to save cost. SOPREMA products were selected to re-roof this project due to the proven durability of the existing roof. The system that was installed included ELASTOCOL® 500, COLVENT® Flam, ELASTOPHENE® Flam LS FR GR, SOPRALENE® Flam 180 and SOPRALENE Flam 180 FR GR.
