INSONO AF3-90 SKU: 00328
INSONO AF3-90 is composed of self-adhesive elastomeric bitumen with an exposed non-woven polyester reinforcement. The underside is surfaced with a protective release film. INSONO AF3-90 is designed for use under ceramic tiles but can also be installed with wood flooring or vinyl planks. INSONO AF3-90 offers sound damping, crack insolation through a concrete slab and waterproofing.

Installation
Prepare surface with INSONO AF3 Primer, ELASTOCOLO Stick H2O or RESISTO H2O Primer, follow drying times indicated on the primer data sheet then install the INSONO AF3-90 membrane. Apply the polymer-modified mortar and install the ceramic tiles. For installations where waterproofing is required, waterproofing strips, such as SOPRASEAL® Stick 1100 must be installed prior to INSONO
AF3-90.

Parkland Hospital – Dallas, Texas
The new hospital featured flat rooftops at multiple levels that all needed to be made watertight for decades to come. The roofing system needed to be designed in a way that accounted for a helipad, consistent rooftop traffic, extensive rooftop equipment, lightwells and various utility platforms.
