SOPRAMASTIC SBS Elastic Cement is a modified bitumen mastic for use in approved multi-ply membrane, flashing and waterproofing assemblies. SOPRAMASTIC SBS Elastic Cement is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric modified bitumen and solvents. SOPRAMASTIC SBS Elastic Cement may be used as an adhesive for drain leads, pipe flanges, metal gravel stops, and more.

Installation
SOPRAMASTIC SBS Elastic Cement is applied to the approved area via caulking gun or trowel. Refer to the SOPREMA SBS Roofing and Waterproofing manuals for additional application guidelines.

The Westin Savannah Harbor – Savannah, Georgia
The Westin was due for a roof replacement on 17,828 square feet of its property. To complete the project, SOPREMA’s SOPRAISO ™, DUOTACK®, SENTINEL® P-150, and ALSAN® RS 230 Flash were selected. Woodridge Middle School – Peninsula, Ohio
With a tight schedule to meet, Woodridge Middle School was relying on SOPREMA’s SENTINEL products to do the job. The previous shingle and PVC roof was replaced with SOPRA-ISO, and tan SENTINEL P150 HFB. The gutters were then lined with ALSAN RS 222 primer and ALSAN RS 230 Flash.
